We help ambitious businesses grow through creative strategy, paid social advertising, branding, content, e-commerce, and data-driven digital marketing. We’re looking for a motivated college student to join our team as a Cold Email Outreach & Business Development Intern and gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, sales outreach, and digital marketing business development. The Opportunity This is a part-time, remote internship designed for an active college student who wants to build practical experience in business development, cold email marketing, prospecting, and agency growth. You’ll work alongside the DMD CREATIVE team to identify potential clients, develop targeted outreach campaigns, generate qualified leads, and help create new business opportunities for the agency. No prior work experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, organized, and ready to develop real-world business development skills. Key Responsibilities Cold Email Outreach & Prospecting \* Research and identify potential clients, businesses, and target markets that could benefit from DMD CREATIVE’s services. \* Build and maintain targeted prospect lists, including relevant decision-makers and business contact information. \* Craft personalized, clear, and persuasive cold emails designed to generate interest and qualified leads. \* Manage email outreach sequences, follow-ups, and prospect communication. \* Research business needs, identify potential opportunities, and qualify prospective clients. Business Development & Lead Generation \* Support the agency’s client acquisition and business development initiatives. \* Track outreach campaigns, responses, follow-ups, and qualified leads. \* Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and tracking tools. \* Coordinate introductory calls with prospective clients. \* Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and other business development materials. \* Communicate DMD CREATIVE’s services and value proposition professionally to potential clients. Marketing & Agency Growth Support \* Collaborate with the team to refine cold email messaging and outreach strategies. \* Analyze campaign performance and use data, feedback, and prospect conversations to improve results. \* Share insights about prospect needs, market trends, and potential service opportunities. \* Learn how creative services, paid social advertising, branding, content, and e-commerce solutions support business growth.
