This role serves as a primary contact for prospective students and families, guiding them through the admissions process while representing Beacon College’s mission and programs.<br><br>This position manages a regional recruitment territory and supports prospective students from initial inquiry through application completion, with a focus on increasing applications, enrollment, and overall pipeline growth.<br><br><strong>DUTIES AND TASKS: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and execute a regional recruitment strategy to generate prospective student interest and applications for college readiness and undergraduate programs.</li><li>Conduct outreach to prospective students, families, schools, and professionals through phone, email, text, virtual meetings, and in-person events.</li><li>Represent Beacon College at high schools, conferences, college fairs, and professional events.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, educational consultants, and related professionals.</li><li>Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including application completion and program selection.</li><li>Review applications and support admissions decision processes in collaboration with leadership.</li><li>Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective students within the CRM system.</li><li>Track and report on recruitment activity, application progress, and enrollment outcomes.</li><li>Participate in on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including open houses and information sessions.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions leadership to support recruitment campaigns and initiatives.</li><li>Weekend and evening availability is expected throughout the year for some aspects of the position, including application review, travel, and admissions events.</li><li>Recruits and/or evaluates applicants for admission by speaking with, reading applications, and summarizing evaluations.</li><li>Completes these routine tasks with guidance and instruction from others.</li><li>Travels and recruits in an assigned geography, assisting with planning and delivering public presentations, special events, and other recruitment activities.</li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: <br><br></strong><strong>Knowledge:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, education, marketing, or a related field (required).</li><li>Experience working with students with learning differences or ADHD (preferred).<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong public speaking and presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage a high-volume prospect pipeline.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and communication tools.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Abilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ability to work independently in a remote, regional environment.</li><li>Ability to travel regularly, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional and patient approach when working with students and families.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>ENVIRONMENT:<br><br></strong>The work environment characteristics described here are a representation of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
