This is an active, floor-based leadership role — you will be alongside your team, not sitting in an office. You will monitor output rates, redistribute workloads when needed, and communicate clearly with management about progress and blockers.

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Lead include:

  • Guiding and supporting a team of warehouse associates during each shift
  • Monitoring productivity metrics and adjusting task assignments as needed
  • Serving as first-line support for associate questions and issues
  • Reporting shift progress and obstacles to the warehouse supervisor
  • Reinforcing Amazon’s safety standards and procedures with your team

You will use handheld scanners, productivity dashboards, and Amazon’s internal communication tools throughout your shift.
