It is <strong>not a customer service</strong> and <strong>not a full-cycle closing position</strong>.</p><h3>Work Location</h3><p>This is a <strong>100% remote W2 position</strong>. Candidates must have a quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li><p>Make outbound B2B phone calls to business contacts and decision-makers</p></li><li><p>Deliver a concise, value-based introduction and qualify interest</p></li><li><p><strong>Set qualified appointments</strong> for client sales teams (you do not close deals)</p></li><li><p>Accurately document activity and outcomes in company systems</p></li><li><p>Participate in coaching, training, and call reviews to improve performance</p></li><li><p>Grow within clearly defined career paths based on performance and values</p></li></ul><h3>Pay Structure</h3><ul><li><strong>On - Target Earnings: </strong>$22.50 per hour. </li><li><strong>Base Pay:</strong> $17.00 per hour (W2)</li><li><strong>Commission:</strong> <strong>Uncapped</strong>, paid per qualified appointment.</li><li><strong>Typical Full-Time Earnings:</strong> $40,000–$55,000 per year (actual earnings vary by individual performance; top performers often earn significantly more)</li></ul><p><strong>This is not a commission-only role.</strong> You earn a stable hourly base plus performance-based commission.</p><h4>How the Commission Works (Important)</h4><p>SalesRoads runs a range of outbound <strong>programs</strong> across industries, audiences, and call difficulty levels.</p><p>We <strong>intentionally design every program so that, when goals are met, earning potential is the same regardless of program size or difficulty</strong>.</p><p>Some programs involve higher-volume outreach to easier-to-reach contacts.
