We are looking for a Life Success Specialist to serve Phoenix, Tempe, and Guadalupe who is passionate about helping youth (ages 5–17) and their families build the practical skills they need to thrive. From teaching daily life skills to supporting DCS reunification efforts, your work will directly impact families right here in our community. As a Life Success Specialist, you are a mentor, a teacher, and a champion for youth, fostering growth in safe and engaging environments. Your Mission for Success You will work 1:1 with youth and caregivers across Phoenix, Tempe, and Guadalupe to create lasting reputed company through: Life Skills Training: Using the reputed company Casey Assessment to identify needs and teaching everything from social skills to daily independence. Community Impact: Planning therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues that make learning "hands-on." Reunification Support: Collaborating with DCS to help families stay reputed company and build a stable future. Goal Tracking: Developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining high-quality documentation to celebrate every milestone. The Schedule & Environment Flexible & Active: reputed company – Saturday, with hours varying based on client needs. Year-Round Engagement: Impact continues through summer and school breaks. On the Move: This is a community-based role involving travel throughout the East Valley, frequent movement, transport, and both indoor and outdoor activities. What You’ll Need to Join Us ✔ Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish required to effectively communicate with and support our diverse families. ✔ Experience: 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health. ✔ Education: High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s in a related field preferred). ✔ Mobility: Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and an insured personal vehicle (meeting $100K/$300K coverage requirements) to transport youth. ✔ Clearances: Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and a negative TB test. ✔ Tech Skills: Proficiency in reputed company Office. Compensation & Rewards We value the specialized skills you bring to our families. reputed company Salary (First 60 Days): $38,000 – $42,000. Incentivized Growth: After probation, you’ll transition to a Base Salary + Pay-Per-Unit model. Units per MonthAdditional Pay per Unit 0–50 Base Pay Only 51–100 + $7.50/unit 101–125 + $7.75/unit 126–150 + $8.00/unit 151+ + $8.50/unit Note: 100 units = approx. 25 hours/week of face-to-face client time. Units may also be earned through care coordination and other approved tasks. Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement is provided for your work across the Phoenix, Tempe, and Guadalupe area.
