Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.

  • Provide product and service information to Apple customers.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.

  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for Apple products and services.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support or technical teams as needed.

  • Stay updated on Apple products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

  • Represent Apples values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with Apple products and basic troubleshooting techniques.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.

  • High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedules available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
