Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth through partnerships and channel sales for the Media and Data Solutions division. Identify and establish relationships with potential partners and channels to expand Mastercard's reach and enhance our product offering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales strategies with partners. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and competitive positioning. Drive sales and revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Act as a liaison between Mastercard and partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals and objectives. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training and resources for partners to ensure a strong understanding of Mastercard's products and services. Represent Mastercard at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and establish new partnerships. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the field of channel sales and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to compliance and ethical standards.
