**Job Summary**

As a Teen Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of teen data entry workers, ensuring accurate data entry, and meeting deadlines. This entry-level leadership role is perfect for a motivated and organized teen who's eager to take on new challenges and develop their leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**

  • Enter and review basic data (lists, records, digital forms) to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assign and track tasks for a small team of 3-5 teen data entry workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Organize team spreadsheets and reports to facilitate efficient data management
  • Report weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
