Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Front Desk Agent who is service-driven, dependable, and technologically savvy. The ideal candidate is confident working with computers, quick to learn new systems, and comfortable managing multiple digital platforms while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is essential to maintaining brand standards and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Accurately process check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance and resolve guest concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment
  • Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Utilize hotel systems and applications to manage reservations, billing, and guest information
  • Complete daily operational tasks and required reporting as assigned

Technology & Computer Skills

  • Advanced comfort working with computers and technology
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate hotel systems and new software
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
  • Experience with Marriott systems (such as STAYPMS, GXP, and other Marriott database platforms) is a plus

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs
  • A genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences

Schedule
