We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated G-550 Corporate Pilot to join our dynamic aviation team. This role is dedicated to operating the Gulfstream G-550 aircraft exclusively under Part 91 regulations, providing safe, efficient, and professional transportation for our executive team and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Multilingual abilities, including Mandarin and English, are highly valued to facilitate seamless international operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment where professionalism and precision are paramount.

Duties

  • Safely operate the Gulfstream G-550 aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) Part 91, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Plan flight routes meticulously, considering weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and aircraft performance
  • Manage pre-flight inspections, aircraft systems checks, and post-flight reports to maintain optimal aircraft condition
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel using clear, professional language in multiple languages as needed
  • Lead and coordinate with cabin crew and ground staff to deliver exceptional customer service during all phases of flight
  • Maintain detailed flight logs, safety documentation, and compliance records in accordance with aviation standards
  • Demonstrate leadership by managing team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed consistently
Skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage for international flights
  • Extensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), aviation safety standards, and Part 91 operations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with crew members, clients, air traffic controllers, and ground staff
