Graphic Designer – Digital & Print

Position Type: Full-Time , Remote
Working Hours: U.S Business Hours

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile, highly responsive Graphic Designer to support multiple brands across digital and print channels.

You’ll create a wide range of assets, including email graphics, social media content, landing page visuals, product imagery, catalogs, trade show banners, signage, and vehicle decals. Working closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams, you’ll manage incoming requests, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on next-business-day turnaround.

You’ll work with established brand guidelines, an extensive photo library, and existing design systems while identifying opportunities to improve the visual identity across brands.

What You’ll Own

Design Delivery & Turnaround

  • Complete everyday design requests by the next business day, including email headers, social graphics, promotional assets, web banners, and product images.
  • Establish clear deadlines with requesters for larger projects and deliver work on schedule.
  • Manage multiple requests while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Digital Design & Marketing Assets

  • Create email templates, social media graphics, landing page assets, Google and Meta ad creatives, and YouTube thumbnails.
  • Develop product imagery and storefront visuals that support marketing and sales goals.
  • Maintain reusable templates that enable the marketing team to create simple assets independently.

Print Design & Production

  • Design catalogs, flyers, trade show banners, event signage, apparel graphics, trailer wraps, and decals.
  • Prepare print-ready files with accurate bleed, color specifications, and dielines.
  • Coordinate with print vendors and manage revisions through final production.

Brand Consistency & Improvement

  • Maintain consistent visual standards across multiple brands.
  • Apply established brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Identify weaknesses in existing branding and recommend practical design improvements.

Photo Library & Product Imagery

  • Source, retouch, and organize product and marketing photography using the company's digital asset library.
  • Keep images properly tagged and organized so teams can find and reuse assets efficiently.
  • Select and prepare imagery that fits each brand's visual identity and intended use.

Communication & Workflow Management

  • Stay responsive in Slack throughout the Eastern workday.
  • Acknowledge requests promptly, clarify essential details upfront, and share proofs directly in request threads.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and retail teams to keep projects moving without unnecessary follow-ups.

AI-Assisted Design

  • Use AI-assisted tools where they improve speed and efficiency.
  • Apply strong design judgment to ensure every final asset meets quality, brand, and production standards.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience across digital and print media.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital marketing assets and print-ready design work.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, composition, and effective use of color.
  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with photo retouching, product imagery, and preparing assets for different platforms and formats.
  • Ability to prepare accurate, production-ready print files.
  • Strong time management skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and consistent responsiveness in Slack during Eastern business hours.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity, Figma, Canva, or equivalent design tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
  • Interest in agriculture, hunting, drones, or related industries.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools in a professional design workflow.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • You work quickly without compromising design quality.
  • You can adapt to different brand identities and understand when consistency matters.
  • You ask the right questions early to prevent unnecessary revisions.
  • You take initiative, communicate clearly, and follow projects through to completion.
  • You can balance everyday requests with larger creative projects.
  • You welcome feedback and look for ways to improve existing designs and workflows.

What Success Looks Like

  • Everyday design requests are delivered by the next business day.
  • Larger projects have clear deadlines and are completed as agreed.
  • Digital and print assets are polished, accurate, and ready for use or production.
  • All brands maintain a consistent and recognizable visual identity.
  • The photo library remains organized and easy for the team to navigate.
  • Internal teams can rely on you for timely communication, dependable delivery, and strong design judgment.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
