The HR Advisor also maintains employee records and participates in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners regarding HR-related questions and requests.</li><li>Respond to inquiries related to benefits, HR policies, programs, personnel records, and general HR processes.</li><li>Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer service through telephone, email, and other communication channels.</li><li>Guide employees and managers in the use of HR self-service tools and processes.</li><li>Process and support HR transactions related to employee lifecycle activities, data changes, and policy administration.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and supporting documentation.</li><li>Research and resolve routine to moderately complex HR questions and issues.</li><li>Escalate issues appropriately when additional HR expertise or support is required.</li><li>Analyze information and data to identify opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Gather user feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, self-service capabilities, and the overall employee experience.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.</li><li>Support additional HR initiatives and administrative responsibilities as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree required.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience OR 2 years of progressive client or customer service experience within a complex corporate environment.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a high level of quality in all interactions and transactions.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism in difficult or sensitive situations.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to research and resolve routine to moderately complex issues.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy while working efficiently in a high-volume environment.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn multiple HR systems and applications.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive employee information.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Experience working with HRMS or HRIS systems.</li><li>Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday preferred.</li><li>Previous experience supporting employees or managers in an HR service center, HR operations, or similar environment is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual verbal and written communication skills are a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Details:</p><p>Job Title: Human Resources Advisor</p><p>Location: Remote, Target is Boston area/Eastern region</p><p>Salary Range: $30 to $33 per hour</p><p><br></p>
