Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries from customers across multiple product lines.
  • Resolving issues, providing product information, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps.
  • Escalating complex cases to specialized teams while maintaining a seamless hand‑off process.
  • Documenting interactions accurately in our CRM system to support data integrity and future reference.
  • Monitoring chat metrics (response time, satisfaction scores, first‑contact resolution) and proactively identifying improvement opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or chat‑based role.
  • Proficient in English (written and reputed company); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and excellent grammar.
