Develop and implement HR technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to person for all Workday-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to HR team members. Lead and manage the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, making recommendations for enhancements and upgrades. Train and mentor HR team members on Workday functionality, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize the system. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for HR leadership. Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Lead and manage system upgrades, integrations, and testing processes. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
