We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate (ISA) specializing in real estate to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and engaging potential clients. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport will help you connect with prospects, qualify leads, and support our business development efforts. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients to generate buyer and listing appointments
  • Massive Follow up on Nurture leads not ready yet
  • Engage in effective negotiation to schedule appointments and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Utilize CRM software such as Follow Up Boss to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-up activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support business development initiatives through consistent follow-up and relationship building with potential clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably within real estate or technology sales environments
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally
  • Knowledge of sales techniques including warm calling and marketing strategies
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship management
