NOW HIRING: Part-Time Test Center Administrator — Topeka, KS

Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour Schedule: Approximately 10–20 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday. Center hours are 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM (or until the last candidate completes their testing session); shifts vary within those hours. Location: 2800 S.W. Wanamaker Rd., Ste. 150, Topeka, KS 66614

About BLE Training BLE Training administers license and certification exams for state and federal agencies, as well as assessments for public and private companies. We're hiring a part-time Test Center Administrator to join our Topeka team.

The Role As a Test Center Administrator, you'll help administer a variety of tests and exams while maintaining a secure, professional testing environment for candidates. Paid training is provided — no prior proctoring experience required.

What You'll Do

  • Check candidates in and out and manage front-desk reception duties
  • Proctor exams while maintaining strict confidentiality and security of testing materials
  • Monitor the testing room through one-way mirror surveillance, video surveillance, and routine walkthroughs
  • Handle general office tasks: report writing, email correspondence, and phone-based customer service
  • Support daily test center operations to ensure a safe, professional environment for every candidate

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during quiet monitoring periods
  • Comfortable with basic computer use and office communication
  • Flexibility to stay past scheduled hours when needed to allow candidates to complete their exams
  • A team player who takes pride in delivering a positive candidate experience
