You'll support initiatives, large and small, to define cross-channel experience strategies and user experience designs that embrace the intersection of people, process, business, and technology. Occasional client travel may be required.Reports directly to the Head of Visual & Emerging Design.Applications should include resume and portfolio of work.Must reside in the United States or Canada.Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. For US-based candidates, the target compensation range for this role is $116,775 –$216,800 USD, reflecting the minimum and maximum across all US locations. For Canada-based candidates, the target range is $115,000–$170,000 CAD, reflecting Toronto/Vancouver market data. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits, which vary by country. US-based employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Canada-based employees are eligible for extended health and dental coverage, a retirement savings plan with company matching, and paid time off. Additional voluntary or legally-required benefits may apply.
