Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Online Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital commerce. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing product listings, coordinating with vendors, and providing administrative support to optimize our online store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay).

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.

  • Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or refunds.

  • Conduct market research to support product selection and pricing strategies.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to update product descriptions, images, and promotional campaigns.

  • Perform other administrative tasks to support smooth e-commerce operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations or online administrative support.

  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and product research is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in virtual assistance, e-commerce management, or online operations.
