Work Mode: Onsite<br><br><strong>Location: </strong>Kohler, WI<br><br><strong> Opportunity <br><br></strong>Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.<br><br><strong>Specific Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces. </li><li> Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility. </li><li> Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities. </li><li> Clean office areas, as assigned. </li><li> Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris. </li><li> Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions. </li><li> Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator. </li><li> Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator. <br><br><br></li></ul>This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends.<br><br><strong>Skills/Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary. </li><li> High School diploma preferred. </li><li> Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties. </li><li> Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. <br><br></strong>The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70.
