Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sort packages in delivery sequence assigned to routes and load, in the delivery vehicle.
  • Deliver Amazon packages to customers on a daily prescribed route on time

· Must be focused on safety and have an excellent working knowledge of all traffic laws, traffic signals, stop signs, speed limits, etc.

  • Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Guidelines
  • Keep vans clean by removing all personal items, food, and trash after each delivery run
  • Refuel delivery vehicles before returning to the station
  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism with co-workers, clients, and customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have a verifiable 2-year mandatory minimum Last Mile Delivery Driver Experience.
  • Must be authorized by DHS/US Department of State to work in the United States.
  • Must PASS a 2-day AMZL Delivery Associate (DA) In-classroom Training and on the Road Safe Driving Test. AMZL DA Certification is required.
  • Excellent customer focus, communication, and driving skills
  • Must be willing to work weekends
  • Maintain company eMentor Safe Driving FICO Score of 850 pts.
  • Maintain company Netradyne camera Safe Driving Score 1000 pts.
  • Veterans, Former Dispatch, Delivery Drivers, and anyone who loves being outside all day driving are encouraged to apply.
  • Delivery Areas include Apartments, Condos, Businesses, Single Family Homes, Rural Areas, etc...
  • Must have 7 years, clean driving record verified by MVA
  • Must live within proximity of the job location is preferred.
  • Must be able to read, understand, competent in GPS-loaded maps.
  • A minimum high school diploma (GED) is required.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability and willingness to lift packages weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
  • Ability to drive cargo and EV vans
  • Punctuality, Reliability, and Excellent Work Ethic
  • Must comply with GLOS DSP appearance guidelines and wear company-provided uniforms during work at all times.
