Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Spam Comment Moderator to join our remote moderation team. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of our platform’s integrity, identifying and removing spam or inappropriate content in real time through live chat interactions. Your work will directly influence the quality of user experience and the trustworthiness of arenaflex’s community. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live chat channels for spam, phishing, or policy‑violating content 24/7.
  • Engage with users via live chat to clarify concerns, provide assistance, and report suspicious activity.
  • Collaborate closely with the moderation and policy teams to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Apply arenaflex community guidelines consistently to all user interactions.
  • Document moderation actions and provide detailed reports to senior leadership.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new spam tactics and platform updates.
  • Assist in the development of automated tools and scripts that enhance spam detection.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while enforcing community standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in live chat moderation, customer support, or a related field.
