The Product Manager role plays a critical role in driving our company forward by leading a product team in establishing a vision and delivering high quality and well thought out solutions that our customers will love. If you have a passion for building products the right way, we need you!<br><br>This role is for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing product team, focusing specifically on integrations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our platform's capabilities by building and managing seamless integrations with third-party applications and services. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and partner CS teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful integration solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding product manager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role may be filled at a Jr. PM level depending on experience.<br><br><strong>Essential Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist in defining and maintaining the API integrations roadmap by synthesizing market research, competitive analysis, internal and external customer feedback, and business priorities </li><li>Own API integrations strategy end-to-end: gather and document custom requirements, author user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain comprehensive technical specifications and documentation </li><li>Take on the role of product owner for the team — manage the backlog, plan sprints, and drive execution in an agile environment </li><li>Act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, UX, CS, and partner teams to ensure smooth integrations development, communication, and launch </li><li>Monitor integrations performance and usage metrics; identify improvement opportunities and drive resolution of issues and bugs </li><li>Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to surface new integration partners and best practices </li><li>Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges clearly to internal and external stakeholders across all levels </li><li>Partner with product marketing to plan and execute go-to-market for new integrations and features </li><li>Champion quality by validating that delivered features meet requirements, design intent, and customer expectations — and enable internal teams through training and documentation </li><li>Leverage AI tools to streamline product and development workflows, accelerate documentation and research, and continuously improve quality across the team <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences </li><li>Strong technical aptitude — able to quickly learn complex software systems and understand how different users engage with them </li><li>Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather requirements, align on outcomes, and deliver integration products that solve real business problems </li><li>Proven ability to identify product gaps and deliver clear, data-informed recommendations for improvement </li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions </li><li>Experience in a SaaS environment; Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience preferred <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Desired Skills & Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with API documentation and testing tools </li><li>Familiarity with common integrations protocols (e.g. REST, SOAP) </li><li>Knowledge of data mapping and transformation concepts </li><li>Experience working with external partners </li><li>A general understanding of databases <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Personal Characteristics:<br><br></strong>The best candidates for this position will need to have strong chemistry and a culture fit within RainFocus.
