Develop and implement programs that promote employee well-being and development within the workplace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address the needs of our partners. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in workplace solutions. Design and execute strategies to enhance the overall employee experience. Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all program initiatives. Communicate program updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including senior management. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support program initiatives. Provide guidance and support to regional teams in implementing programs at the store level. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate our workplace solutions programs. Develop and manage budgets for program initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to workplace solutions. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all partners. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
