NICE Actimize is seeking a capable Senior QA Engineer to join our team.

We are creating a platform that allows the world's largest financial institutions to fight, prevent and manage financial crime.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases encompassing Functional, Regression, and UI testing for SaaS-based web applications and APIs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Owners, CloudOps, and Customer Support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.
  • Conduct testing of patches and service packs for clients, ensuring robust and reliable updates.
  • Participate in and contribute to a global team.

Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Proficient in Python, Selenium, and GUI automation tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Artifactory.
  • Strong scripting skills in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and Testing Life Cycle.
  • Proven ability to define, execute, and manage comprehensive test suites.
  • Experience in using AI tools for coding and test automation to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based web applications and their testing requirements.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in RESTful API and web services testing, with proficiency in API automation tools.
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools, such as JMeter, to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing testing challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
