Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Part-Time Warehouse Associate with Benefits, you work a structured 3.5 to 5 hour sort shift inside our package center, performing the core loading, sorting, and unloading functions that keep the UPS delivery network running — and accessing a benefits package that most part-time employers do not even attempt to offer.

  • Core Sort Functions: Execute UPS's standard sort operation tasks — unloading trailers, sorting packages on conveyor systems, and loading delivery vehicles in sequence order — building skill and speed across all three functions over time on a consistent part-time schedule.
  • Benefits Enrollment Navigation: Work with UPS's onboarding team to enroll in Teamsters union medical, dental, and vision benefits, understand your pension accrual schedule, and register for the UPS Earn & Learn tuition assistance program within your first weeks on the job.
