Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing remote support team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service exclusively through chat and email channels—no phone calls are required. As a Remote Chat & Email Support Specialist, you will assist customers by answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email promptly, professionally, and accurately.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
