Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with critical data‑handling tasks that directly support our recruitment operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering candidate and client information into two separate proprietary applications, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
  • Performing copy‑and‑paste functions to transfer data between fields while maintaining strict adherence to formatting standards.
  • Verifying the completeness and correctness of each entry, conducting spot‑checks, and flagging any discrepancies for review.
  • Managing a personal queue of assigned tasks, prioritizing work to meet daily and weekly targets.
  • Communicating proactively via email with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all personal and proprietary information in accordance with arenaflex’s data‑privacy policies.
  • Suggesting process improvements based on observed patterns or recurring challenges, contributing to the continuous optimization of our data workflow.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate the following core competencies:

  • Proficiency with standard email platforms (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and the ability to compose clear, concise messages.
  • Demonstrated skill in navigating and operating two distinct software applications simultaneously, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every data point is entered correctly and without duplication.
  • Availability to work the designated evening shift (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday‑Friday) for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows or macOS environments, keyboard shortcuts, and common productivity tools.
  • Strong time‑management abilities, allowing you to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following experiences will give you a competitive edge:
