Role summary

We’re hiring a friendly, goal-driven Sales Associate to join our Johnston showroom team. You’ll welcome customers, educate them on pools, spas and accessories, and help close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet showroom visitors and answer product questions about pools, spas, equipment and accessories.
  • Conduct demonstrations and product walk-throughs; explain features and benefits.
  • Provide quotes, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Maintain product displays, inventory levels and merchandising standards.
  • Coordinate with operations to schedule installs, deliveries and service appointments.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to showroom KPIs.
  • Keep accurate customer records in the CRM and follow company sales processes.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year retail or B2C sales experience; experience selling outdoor living, home improvement, or pool/spa products preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence speaking with homeowners, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable using basic CRM / point-of-sale tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak season.
