This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Advisory & Strategic Consulting<br>- Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.<br>- Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.<br>- Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.<br>- Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.<br>- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.<br>- Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.<br>Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise<br>- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, and more.<br>- Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments.<br>- Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF).<br>- Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.<br>Proposal & SOW Development<br>- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.<br>- Estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with client expectations and budget constraints.<br>- Support pricing strategies and resource planning for advisory and implementation phases.<br><br>Qualifications:<br>- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.<br>- Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery.- 3+ Years<br>- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations. .- 3+ Years<br>- Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations. - 2+ Years<br>- Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions. -.2+ Years<br><br>- Mandatory Certifications by Level<br>- Senior - ServiceNow certifications CSA, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM HRSD DISCOVERY) [2 or more], PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation<br>- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.<br><br>Why Join Us:<br>- Be part of a high-impact team driving digital transformation across industries.<br>- Work with top-tier clients and cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions.<br>- Collaborate with experts in advisory, architecture, and delivery.<br>- Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly work environment with growth opportunities.<br><br>About NTT DATA:<br><br>NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
