Roles:Social Media Content Moderator

What this role is

You'll help protect and manage online reputation by monitoring what people say across social platforms, responding professionally, flagging concerns early, and supporting the broader social media team. This is a great entry-level position if you're interested in community management and online communications.

What you'll do

• Monitor mentions, reviews, comments, and conversations across social media platforms and review sites

• Moderate user content in line with platform guidelines and community standards

• Reply to questions, reviews, complaints, and comments in a professional and consistent tone

• Identify sensitive, damaging, fraudulent, or rapidly escalating issues and alert team members immediately

• Write clear, accurate, and professional responses tailored to each platform and audience

Skills/background needed:No prior experience required. You'll receive full training on all platforms and processes. We're looking for someone with good judgment, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, and a willingness to learn. Experience with social media platforms is helpful but not essential—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Rate:Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length:Full-time, ongoing
