Must Have Requirements ServiceNow certified system administrator ServiceNow SME in core platform, ITSM & ITOM Responsibilities

Initial key focus areas in which the DT Services team expects to support during this program are listed below.

ServiceNow CMDB Health

Analyze the CMDB/AMDB, document findings and improvement opportunities Document recommendations in agile story format as input to Customer backlog Support remediation activities in alignment with best practices

Forescout integration

Prepare ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB for integration with Forescout eyeExtend module Install, Forescout eyeExtend and configure to continuously maintain the CMDB/AMDB

Client Device Order Management

Assess and remediate as needed the current state of the ServiceNow ITSM module to ensure system prerequisites are fit for purpose Implement the client device order components (request form, catalog) and workflow for approval and CMDB/AMDB reconciliation

Assume advisory role to the Dell project team as a ServiceNow developer and SME in ITSM & ITOM.

Responsible for the configuration and customization of the technical solution tasks and activities driven by the prioritized agile/scrum stories defined for each sprint Develops and configures various areas of the solution's technical architecture. This includes Service Portal/Employee Center, Service Catalog, Request, Change, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and integrations Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations underlying logic leveraging ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards Design technical solutions to address complex requirements, evaluating alternate solutions, identifying the best option, and implementing the solution Nice to Have Certified Application Developer - ServiceNow (CAD) Experience working with Government / DoD or in the Energy sector.
