Travel Content Creator (International Travel Required)

Other Jobs To Apply

Due to the nature of our all-women group trips and shared accommodations, this position is currently open to female applicants only.

About Us

Travel Girl Gang is a luxury women's travel company creating unforgettable, bucket-list adventures around the world. From Thailand and Morocco to Egypt and Croatia, we bring together incredible women for experiences that create lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories.

We're looking for a Travel Content Creator to join us on our international trips and capture the moments that inspire thousands of women to say, "I need to be on that trip."

This isn't about taking random vacation photos. It's about documenting authentic experiences, genuine connections, and the magic that happens when women travel together.

The Opportunity

You'll travel alongside our groups as both a content creator and a representative of the Travel Girl Gang brand.

Your job is to capture high-quality photo and video content throughout the trip while helping create a fun, comfortable atmosphere for our travelers.

While you'll absolutely experience incredible destinations, this is not a vacation. You'll be working throughout the trip, capturing content, organizing files, conducting traveler testimonials, and ensuring we leave every destination with an organized content library that fuels our marketing for months to come.

We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term relationship with Travel Girl Gang and traveling with us on future adventures around the world.

Responsibilities

During each trip, you'll be responsible for capturing a wide variety of content, including:

- Beautiful destination footage

- Hotels and accommodations

- Excursions and activities

- Food and dining experiences

- Group interactions and candid moments

- Founder's behind-the-scenes moments

- Luxury details and travel experiences

- Traveler testimonial videos

- Brand lifestyle content

- Behind-the-scenes moments throughout the trip

We're not looking for someone who simply documents the itinerary—we're looking for someone who captures emotion.

We want the laughter, the friendships, the reactions, the excitement, the little moments, and everything in between.

Deliverables

Following each trip, you'll provide a well-organized content library that includes:

- High-quality photos (portrait and landscape)

- High-quality video (vertical and horizontal)

- Traveler testimonial videos

- Organized Google Drive folders by day, destination, and activity

- Hero content from each major experience

- Candid moments and lifestyle content

- Behind-the-scenes footage

Our separate content editor will transform your footage into Instagram Reels and marketing content, so organization and quality are just as important as creativity.

Equipment

We're open to whatever equipment helps you produce exceptional content.

Ideally, you're comfortable using:

- iPhone

- Professional camera

- External microphone (when appropriate)

Drone experience is a bonus, but not required.

Who We're Looking For

- Has experience capturing engaging travel or lifestyle content

- Understands social-first content and visual storytelling

- Has a strong eye for composition and detail

- Is outgoing, personable, and enjoys meeting new people

- Can naturally create authentic, candid moments

- Is comfortable interviewing travelers on camera

- Works independently with minimal direction

- Is highly organized and detail-oriented

- Understands luxury travel and premium brand experiences

Most importantly, you're someone people genuinely enjoy being around. You'll be spending 10–14 days with our travelers, so personality matters just as much as your creative skills.

Travel Requirements

- Valid passport

- Ability to obtain visas when required

- Comfortable traveling internationally

- Willing to travel multiple times per year

- Able to lift and transport your own equipment throughout the trip

Compensation

- Flat per-trip payment (depending on trip length and deliverables)

- Flight reimbursement

- Accommodations

- Included meals

- Included activities

- Ground transportation included with the itinerary

We're looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can become an important part of the Travel Girl Gang team as we continue to grow.

Bonus Qualifications

While not required, candidates located near Winterville, NC will receive special consideration, as there may be opportunities to capture additional content with our founder outside of international trips.

This role is for someone who genuinely loves creating content. There will be moments where you'll step away from the group to capture footage, organize content, upload files, or prepare for the next day's activities. While you'll experience incredible destinations, your priority is ensuring we leave each trip with an exceptional, well-organized content library—not participating in every activity from start to finish.

Due to the nature of our all-women group trips and shared accommodations, this position is currently open to female applicants only.

This role is focused on capturing content—not editing it.

Your primary responsibility is creating an organized library of high-quality photos and videos throughout each trip. A separate member of our team will transform that content into Instagram Reels, social posts, and marketing materials.

If your passion is being behind the camera, anticipating moments before they happen, and documenting authentic experiences, this role is for you.

Imagine getting paid to travel to destinations like Thailand, Morocco, Egypt, Croatia, and beyond while creating content that inspires thousands of women to book the trip of a lifetime. If that sounds like your dream job—and you're just as excited to work as you are to travel—we'd love to meet you.
