Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Personal Assistant to support our e-commerce/startup client. This remote position involves handling a variety of administrative, operational, and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced online environment. You will act as a trusted right hand to the client—managing communications, scheduling, e-commerce support, and other virtual assistant duties with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.

  • Handle email correspondence, filter messages, and draft responses.

  • Assist with order processing, product listings, and basic e-commerce operations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients as required.

  • Conduct research on products, markets, or competitors to support business growth.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.

  • Maintain databases and ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.

  • Manage social media scheduling and light content posting (if required).

  • Provide administrative support on special projects or campaigns.

Experience

Working Hours
