LEAD. DELIVER.</p> <p>Capstone Logistics is looking for high-performing Warehouse Associates who are ready for more than a typical warehouse job.</p> <p>This is a unique hybrid role: you'll be part of your local warehouse team when you're home and deploy with Capstone's Travel Team when projects need additional support. Travel assignments can last 6+ weeks and may take you to partner facilities across the country.</p> <p>We're looking for people who can step into a new operation, learn quickly, lead by example, and represent Capstone with professionalism wherever they go.</p> <p>WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT?</p> <p>You're not just filling a warehouse position. You're joining a team of trusted associates who can be called on to support important projects across the Capstone network.</p> <p>When you're home:<br />• Work at your designated home site<br />• Support day-to-day warehouse operations<br />• Build strong relationships with your local team and site leadership<br />• Continue developing your warehouse and leadership skills</p> <p>When you're deployed:<br />• Travel to Capstone partner facilities and project locations<br />• Support warehouse start-ups, transitions, high-volume operations, and other business needs<br />• Work alongside different teams and adapt to new processes, equipment, and environments<br />• Help establish a strong safety and performance culture at each assignment<br />• Lead by example and represent Capstone professionally<br />• Deploy for assignments that may last 6+ weeks at a time</p> <p>THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF...</p> <p>• You take pride in being one of the people others can count on<br />• You learn quickly and aren't afraid of a new environment<br />• You naturally step up when your team needs help<br />• You can communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and partner-site leadership<br />• You hold yourself and others to high standards for safety, quality, and productivity<br />• You are comfortable taking direction while also knowing when to take initiative<br />• You can adapt to different warehouse layouts, processes, schedules, and leadership styles<br />• You want to build a career in warehouse operations and logistics<br />• You are willing and able to travel for extended assignments of 6+ weeks<br />• You live within a reasonable commuting distance of your designated home site</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <p>Depending on the needs of the operation, your responsibilities may include:</p> <p>• Loading and unloading freight<br />• Selecting, picking, sorting, and staging product<br />• Building and wrapping pallets<br />• Moving freight safely throughout the facility<br />• Operating warehouse equipment when trained and authorized<br />• Auditing, counting, and verifying product<br />• Supporting warehouse start-ups and operational transitions<br />• Helping teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals<br />• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe<br />• Learning and following site-specific processes<br />• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by site leadership</p> <p>THE LEADERSHIP EXPECTATION</p> <p>We are looking for model employees.</p> <p>You don't need to have a management title to be a leader.
