We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Work Hours: 7:00am - 12:00pm, Monday through Friday

Potential to become Full-Time for the right applicant.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jack, hand-truck and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently for loading and unloading shipments.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to scan and track inventory levels and manage order picking processes.
  • Staging products for pick-up and delivery by agents and consumers
  • Assist in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of goods.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist in organizing the warehouse layout for maximum productivity.
  • Assisting with equipment & building maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failure and follow-up for repairs.
  • Handling trash removal for offices, warehouse and building perimeter.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Dependability is a MUST
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as order picking techniques.
  • Ability to lift / push / pull minimum of 100 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods is essential.
