They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.<br><br><strong>Role And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Goal Setting: AsD’s are directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod. </li><li>Best Practices: AsD’s are directly responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular:</li><ul><li>LTV:CAC modeling</li><li>Customer Generation</li><li>Share of SERP</li><li>Functional Content</li></ul><li>Breakdown Barriers: Every great campaign lives or dies at the moment of approval. It’s your responsibility to understand these moments and support your strategist in earning a yes.</li><ul><li>Ensure roadblocks are a part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists, and that an action plan is established to take down any roadblocks for the success of the strategy</li></ul><li>Accountability: We need leaders, not managers. Nobody wants a manager, everyone wants a leader.
