This is a full-time opportunity!</p> <p><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure a high level of service and comfort for all passengers</li> <li>Provide passengers with a memorable experience with the highest level of responsiveness</li> <li>Prepare and present catering orders and beverage orders as requested</li> <li>Prepare passengers and aircraft for landing, following procedures</li> <li>Greet passengers boarding aircraft with the utmost courtesy and professionalism</li> <li>Clean and organize the cabin as needed</li> <li>Maintain the appropriate amount of aircraft stock and supplies</li> <li>Keep the Captain informed of any passenger plans or needs that may affect the conduct of the flight</li> <li>Attend to routine owner needs as requested</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 3-5 years of experience in FAR Part 135 operations; 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferable in high end Luxury hospitality service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Previous FACTS Training or equivalent is<strong><em> preferred</em></strong></li> <li>Knowledge of cuisine and cooking skills</li> <li>Previous corporate aviation experience is<strong><em> preferred</em></strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must possess the legal ability to work in the United States and have the ability to travel in and out of the US and to all cities/countries where Flexjet serves.</li> <li>Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Must possess a professional and positive attitude.</li> <li>Maintain a strong attention to detail while prioritizing multiple tasks.</li> <li>Successful candidate will be able to sustain physical requirements such as: moderate amounts of bending; lifting of various weights (including supplies and catering needs); and sit or stand for extended periods of time.</li> <li>Must be available to work a rotating schedule of 8 days on / 6 days off, fixed schedule; or 16 days a month, variable schedule.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
