About Total Life

Total Life is a US telehealth company dedicated to adults 65 and over. For five years we've provided mental health care to thousands of older adults with in-network service on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. We're now expanding into longevity medicine and psychiatry, and building referral partnerships with doctors' offices and healthcare organizations across the United States.

The role

We're looking for an experienced cold caller and appointment setter to open doors with US healthcare organizations. You'll call physician practices, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities, reach the decision-makers, and book qualified meetings with our partnerships team. This is an education-first, consultative approach, not a hard sell. The role is fully remote from the Philippines, working US business hours.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to US physician practices (primary care, geriatrics, internal medicine), home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities
  • Get past front desk staff and reach practice managers and decision-makers
  • Educate offices on how Total Life supports their patients and on Medicare programs such as the CMS ACCESS Model
  • Book qualified meetings between prospects and our partnerships team
  • Follow up on warm leads from email campaigns and conferences
  • Log every call, outcome and next step accurately in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Share weekly results and feedback on which scripts and objection handling are working

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of proven cold calling and appointment setting experience with US clients (B2B strongly preferred)
  • Highly proficient spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent. You'll be speaking with US doctors' offices all day, so this is essential
  • A track record of hitting call and booked-meeting targets (please share your numbers)
  • Confidence handling gatekeepers, objections and rejection professionally
  • Experience with a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred) and dialer tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet, backup power, a quiet workspace and a noise-cancelling headset
  • Availability during US business hours (Eastern / Central time), Monday to Friday

Strongly preferred

  • Cold calling experience in US healthcare: doctors' offices, clinics, home health, senior living or Medicare-related programs
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and basic US healthcare terminology

How to apply

  • Answer all the application questions, including your expected hourly rate and how many hours per week you can work
  • Upload a 1-2 minute voice recording introducing yourself and doing a mock cold call opener to a US doctor's office
  • Share your best results: calls per day, appointments set per week/month, and the industries you have called into

Applications without a voice recording will not be considered.

  • Fully remote: work from home in the Philippines
  • Flexible weekly hours, with more hours available for strong performers
  • Long-term role with a growing US healthcare company
  • Work directly with our US partnerships team
  • Meaningful work: helping older adults get access to mental health and wellness care

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
