Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and effectively promoting the benefits of our Conversational AI technology. Utilize your strong understanding of Conversational AI technology to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure successful implementation of our product. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and positioning of our product. Develop and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Conversational AI product. Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to generate leads and build brand awareness. Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive Conversational AI sales. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales leadership team. Continuously seek and implement ways to improve sales processes and increase efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert on Conversational AI technology and provide training and support to other sales team members as needed.
