Role Overview – Customer Care Associate (Remote)

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will become an integral part of our Operations Control Center (OCC) team. The OCC is the “heartbeat” of arenaflex’s daily flight operations, responsible for strategic decision‑making, real‑time problem solving, and ensuring that every flight adheres to safety and efficiency standards. In this entry‑level role, you will rotate through three distinct functional groups—Load Control, Fuel Management, and Customer Service—gaining a holistic understanding of how a modern airline operates behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior analysts in monitoring flight load data, fuel consumption metrics, and passenger service requests.
  • Support the Load Control Center by preparing weight‑and‑balance reports, verifying cargo manifests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Fuel Management team to track fuel usage, analyze cost‑optimization strategies, and contribute to the development of fuel‑efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide timely, courteous assistance to internal stakeholders and external customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Participate in daily briefings, reputed company debriefs, and continuous‑improvement workshops to sharpen operational awareness.
