Build a Career Supporting Working Families

For decades, our organization has worked alongside thousands of unions, associations, and member-based organizations throughout North America, helping working families understand and access supplemental benefit programs available to them.

Our approach is centered on providing clear information, dependable service, and continued support. We believe members should feel comfortable asking questions and confident that they understand their options before making important decisions for themselves and their families.

As our organization continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated individuals who share that commitment to service and want the opportunity to develop a meaningful, long-term career.

Your Role

As a Benefits Representative, you’ll connect with union members who have requested information about available benefit programs. Your responsibility is to make the process straightforward, informative, and professional from the first conversation through enrollment and follow-up.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Connecting with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
  • Conducting structured benefit consultations
  • Learning about each member’s individual needs and priorities
  • Explaining available programs and coverage options in clear, everyday language
  • Answering questions and providing professional guidance
  • Assisting with online applications and digital documentation
  • Maintaining accurate and organized client records
  • Completing follow-ups and providing continued member support
  • Building professional relationships with the families you assist
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development
Why Join Our Team?

This opportunity combines the flexibility of remote work with structured training and opportunities to grow professionally.

You’ll have access to:

  • 100% remote work environment
  • Flexible full-time scheduling
  • Weekly compensation
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives
  • Residual income opportunities
  • Health, dental, and vision benefit options
  • Comprehensive onboarding and training
  • Individual coaching and ongoing mentorship
  • Leadership and management development
  • Performance-based advancement opportunities
  • Recognition and incentive programs
  • Opportunities to qualify for company-sponsored travel, with previous destinations including Disney, Puerto Rico, Las Vegas, Cancun, and the Bahamas
What We Value

Previous industry experience isn’t necessary. We place greater emphasis on your ability to communicate, stay organized, learn new skills, and provide a positive experience for the people you work with.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Communicate confidently and professionally
  • Enjoy working directly with people
  • Have strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Are organized, dependable, and consistent
  • Can manage your responsibilities independently
  • Are comfortable working with computers and virtual meeting platforms
  • Take feedback well and are willing to learn
  • Have a genuine interest in helping families understand their options
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or sales can be helpful, but it is not required.

Grow Beyond the Position

This role can be the starting point for a longer-term career. As you develop your skills and demonstrate consistent performance, opportunities may become available to mentor others, take on additional responsibilities, and pursue leadership or management positions.

If you’re motivated, people-focused, and ready to build a remote career with opportunities to learn and advance, we encourage you to apply.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
