We operate with the ethos of trust and transparency and that media works best when it works in everyone’s best interest. At the very root of that, Roundel is here to drive business growth for our clients, and redefine “value” in the industry by solving core industry challenges vs. copy current industry methods of operation. • Build scalable engagement models, programs and narratives that increase agency awareness, understanding and advocacy for Roundel’s capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Category Partner Solutions leaders and teams to identify agency-led opportunities, remove barriers and accelerate revenue growth across advertiser portfolios.
  • Develop strategies to ensure a healthy pipeline of agency-driven opportunities and hold the team accountable for meeting or exceeding financial and operational expectations.
  • Set priorities at the team and individual level while actively coaching, developing and managing individual performance.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to agencies, bringing forward insights, capabilities and solutions that address agency and advertiser business needs.
  • Work cross-functionally across Roundel and Target to align agency priorities with broader business, product and go-to-market strategies.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
