Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice of our clients, delivering timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Engaging with customers in real‑time via live chat software, answering questions, and providing product information.
  • Managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Documenting chat transcripts accurately and providing actionable feedback to improve service quality.
