Continuously evaluate and improve case management processes to ensure optimal outcomes for members. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of member information at all times. Represent Aetna in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards members, colleagues, and the company.
