Description

This is not a behind-the-scenes opportunity. It’s for someone who is comfortable reaching out, starting conversations, and staying persistent.

As a Local Coordinator, you’ll connect international high school students with volunteer host families in your local area and support them throughout the school year.

Aspect Foundation is a non-profit organization that has been leading high school international exchange programs for over 40 years. We work with students from over 50 countries who come to the U.S. to attend a local high school and live with a host family.

About the Opportunity

A big part of this opportunity is reaching out locally to find and connect with potential host families. This could include talking to people in your network, sharing the opportunity in your community, and building relationships with local schools and families.

You will:

  • reach out in your community to share the opportunity of hosting an exchange student
  • connect with local families, schools, and community members
  • support and guide host families and students throughout the program
  • help create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone involved

This opportunity is a great fit if you:
