<strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Job Overview: <br><br></strong>The Front Desk associate is the face of our service at the properties we support. These treasured associates consistently interact with both residents and guests, and as a result, develop meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of our work. Most of our front desk associates work independently, and without direct supervision. and provide quality service to our customers. <br><br><strong>Your Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees </li><li>Monitoring and controlling access to the building </li><li>Handling deliveries and packages </li><li>Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out </li><li>Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system </li><li>Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues </li><li>Maintaining daily records and forms </li><li>Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment </li><li>Other duties as needed. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills & Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary. </li><li>Ability to maintain positivity and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent organization, motivation and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment and decision-making ability. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Ability to communicate and provide guidance. </li><li>Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, leases and/or regulations <br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ability to work under usual office conditions. </li><li>Ability to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. </li><li>Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. </li><li>The incumbent must be on call at all times and able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. </li><li>Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation: $18 / Hour<br><br></strong><strong>Schedule: Full Time 40 Hours 11pm- 7am Overnights; weekends required <br><br></strong><strong>Disclaimer Statement <br><br></strong>The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
