  • Great location – for roles that are hybrid or fully onsite, we’re in the heart of Seattle’s beautiful International District
  • Did we mention we’re a dog-friendly office?

Our culture encourages continuous learning and is fueled by connection, curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration. Whether onsite, remote, or hybrid, we stay connected through shared initiatives that bring our teams together. If you’re inspired by transparency, driven to make an impact, and eager to help foster community—we’d love to have you join us.

How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:

At Paula's Choice, we believe that great brands are built through strong storytelling, clear strategy, and disciplined execution. As Global Brand Manager, you'll help bring marketing strategy to life for key campaigns within our portfolio. Supporting campaign architecture, launch execution, and post-launch performance reporting. This role partners closely across Creative, Social, Influence, Copy, and regional teams, and gives you the chance to build both your strategic and financial skill set while working alongside more senior marketers.

Marketing budget management and performance reporting are a core part of this role. You'll help manage marketing spend across campaigns, track budget against actuals, and make sure spend stays aligned with ROI expectations. You'll also support the reporting cadence that shows leadership how campaigns are performing, helping turn campaign and launch data into clear, useful updates.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their brand marketing career: translating clinical claims and competitive insight into compelling campaigns, helping manage multi-region launch timelines, and building strong financial and reporting fundamentals along the way.

As a Global Brand Manager, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

Brand Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Support the development of brand marketing strategy for assigned campaigns, including positioning, campaign platforms, and creative briefs grounded in clinical claims substantiation and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with Creative, Social, Copy, and Influence teams to help build full-funnel campaign elements (paid, earned, owned) that flex across DTC, Amazon, and prestige retail partners (e.g., Sephora).
  • Maintain go-to-market toolkits, marketing SharePoint content, launch tiering, and brief templates that keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving at pace.

Global Launch & Timeline Management

  • Manage launch timelines across phased global rollouts, coordinating dependencies across Creative, Retail, Media, and regional brand teams.
  • Maintain RACI matrices across launch workstreams to help keep ownership clear and delivery on track.
  • Flag timeline risks early and help identify mitigation options in partnership with your manager.

Marketing Financial Acumen & Reporting

  • Support marketing budget allocations that tie investment to expected volume, share, and ROI outcomes.
  • Manage early read and post launch performance reporting across DTC, Amazon, and Sephora, helping synthesize data into clear updates for leadership.
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional analytics partners to track campaign spend against budget and flag variances.
  • Contribute to a measurement framework that connects marketing activity to business results.

Regional & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Coordinate between brand strategy and regional execution teams across North America, EU, APAC, and ANZ, helping adapt campaigns to local market needs.
  • Build relationships with regional creative, retail media, and commercial stakeholders to support consistent brand expression with local relevance.
  • Help prepare materials for leadership and cross-regional updates on strategy and performance for assigned campaigns.

Presentation & Communication

  • Build clear, well-organized PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and PDFs that communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations.
  • Present brand strategy, launch plans, and performance updates to your manager and cross-functional partners with confidence.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

The Details:

  • Location: Seattle, WA Headquarters (hybrid/onsite)
  • Reports to: Senior Director of NA Integrated Campaigns and Global Retail Marketing
  • Hours: Full-Time; typical business hours with some flexibility required for global time zone coordination
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to handle long periods of screen time & sitting
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional domestic and international travel for launch events, retail partner meetings, and regional team collaboration

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or a related role—ideally within beauty, skincare, or a comparable prestige/CPG category.
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry, including exposure to prestige retail dynamics (e.g., Sephora), DTC, and Amazon channels.
  • Solid financial and numbers acumen: comfort working with spend models, ROI cases, and budget trackers, and pulling out clear takeaways.
  • Marketing reporting skills: experience supporting performance reporting and helping translate campaign data into useful insight.
  • Exposure to regional or international marketing, with interest in coordinating execution across multiple markets and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong timeline and project management skills, with experience supporting multi-workstream launches against deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to build clear, professional decks and materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good judgment navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) required; experience with marketing analytics, retail media, or reporting platforms is a plus.
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and a passion for building brands people trust.

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
