Growth Sales Executive — Enterprise and Partnerships

Endeavor is not a big company. We are a small team doing big things having conversations with some of the largest DSOs and multi-site groups in the country, building platform partnerships with labs, manufacturers, and technology companies, and expanding into new healthcare verticals simultaneously.

This is not a corporate sales role and you are not a number here. You will know the founders, sit in the meetings, and see the direct impact of what you do.

What we are doing is helping patients access care they could not afford otherwise. If that resonates, keep reading.

Read more about our recent investment from the Dental Innovation Alliance here.

What you will do

  • Own the mid-market and enterprise pipeline — DSOs and multi-site groups with 15 or more locations, PE-backed groups, and regional chains
  • Build and develop platform partnership relationships with labs, manufacturers, and technology companies that sit above practice networks
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation through pilot to full rollout
  • Help build and maintain the systems that support the sales and partnership motion — CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, handoff process, and partner tracking
  • Represent Endeavor at industry events
  • Work cross-functionally with the founder, CS, and product on deal structure and onboarding

What we are looking for

  • Experience selling into DSOs, multi-site groups, or large dental organizations at the C-suite, VP level and Director level
  • Some exposure to partnership development, channel sales, or platform business models
  • Humble and collaborative — you share information and bring people in
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex multi-stakeholder deals
  • Process-oriented enough to help build systems without slowing things down
  • Outcome-based mindset — you want upside because you believe in where this is going
  • Startup mentality — this role will expand as the company grows and you should want that

Why Endeavor

You will not be a number here. You will sit next to the founders, know the strategy, and have a direct line to what is happening. The decisions you make will show up in the company's results quickly. We are building a team of people who want to be part of something that matters.
