Marketing Copywriter

Codekeeper is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing Copywriter with a strong grasp of modern web marketing - and a passion for writing that drives results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your words directly influence performance, conversions, and brand perception, this role is for you.

We're looking for a highly skilled writer who can balance creativity with precision - someone who not only produces compelling copy but also understands how to structure, optimize, and refine content for maximum impact. You'll take ownership of key marketing assets, working hands-on across campaigns while continuously improving performance through iteration and insight.

We're accepting applications for the next two months and will fill the position as soon as we've found the perfect match.

About the Role

As a Marketing Copywriter, you'll work across multiple projects with a strong focus on crafting high-performing marketing copy. You will be responsible for producing, refining, and optimizing content that aligns with business objectives and drives measurable results.

This role goes beyond writing - you’ll be expected to understand search intent, apply SEO and CRO principles, analyze performance, and continuously improve output. In our fast-paced environment, you won’t just deliver copy - you’ll actively shape and elevate how we communicate as a brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Write and Optimize:

  • Create high-quality, conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, emails, and campaigns
  • Write compelling CTAs, sales collateral, and funnel content designed to drive action
  • Produce SEO-optimized content aligned with search intent and structured for readability and performance
  • Develop and refine landing pages with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Use AI tools effectively

Edit and Elevate:

  • Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality
  • Maintain and enforce a consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Apply strong attention to detail across all deliverables

Analyze and Improve:

  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Iterate on copy based on data, testing, and insights
  • Continuously optimize messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates

Collaborate and Deliver:

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to execute campaigns
  • Manage briefs effectively and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Balance speed and quality, delivering strong work within tight timelines
  • Contribute to a culture of high standards and continuous improvement
