Apex Systems has an Immediate Need for a (40% Remote) Master ServiceNow Developer based in the Ogden, Utah or Ft. Meade, Maryland areas !! - Location: *** 2-3 Days Remote Weekly ** / Ogden, Utah or Ft. Meade, MD
- Contract Layout: "est. 48+ Month Contract"
- Contract Pay Rate: $85.00 - $100.00 / Hourly Rate










*** REQUIREMENTS ***

- USC / Non Dual Citizen (We will Sponsor the Secret Clearance)
- 8+ Years of ServiceNow Development Experience (Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow Platform/ServiceNow Applications)
- Experience Developing, Creating, and Configuring Workflows, Forms, Reports, Dashboards, Groups/Roles, and Service Catalog items
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools (e.g., Elastic, Netcool, Kafka)
- Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)










*** JOB DESCRIPTION ***

- Provide Strong Development, Design and Build of ServiceNow Applications and Integration to other applications and platforms, including architecture, languages, best practices, and methodologies in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
- Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow, such as Elastic, Netcool, and Kafka.
- Design and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies.
- Integrate data from multiple data sources into a unified CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
